  • Name, email address, phone number and delivery/billing address, when you create an account, place an order, request a quote, or use our contact or WhatsApp channels
  • Order details, including products purchased, order value and order history
  • Payment information you provide during checkout. We do not store your full card details ourselves; card payments are processed securely by our payment gateway, Peach Payments
  • Any information you include in enquiries, quote requests, product reviews or communications with our staff

Information we collect automatically

  • Technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies
  • Website usage data collected via Google Analytics, to help us understand how our website is used
  • If you interact with our Facebook Messenger chat widget, Meta may collect information in accordance with its own privacy policy

Comments and media

If you leave a comment on our site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, together with your IP address and browser user agent string, to help with spam detection. An anonymised string created from your email address (a hash) may be checked against the Gravatar service to see if you use it; the Gravatar privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible publicly alongside your comment.

If you upload images to our website, please avoid uploading images that include embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as visitors to the site could extract this data.

We keep order and account information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised. Comment data is retained indefinitely so that we can recognise and approve follow-up comments automatically. You can ask us to delete your account or personal information at any time, subject to information we are legally required to retain.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure, including secure checkout processing through our payment gateway, restricted access to customer data, and regular software updates.
