Subject to stock availability with suppliers, in-store and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 days and handed over to a courier company for delivery.

Please Note : For items not in stock after purchase, the customer will have a choice to be refunded or placed on back order.

 Unless otherwise specified, delivery fee is a flat rate added based on the province/location.

For very remote areas not serviced by standard couriers the Provider will deliver via other means at an additional COST, or to the nearest town to the User that is accessible by our courier company within their normal routes. In these circumstances the Provider will be in contact with the User to arrange an alternative address.

Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of up to 10% charge for administration costs.

The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions within 10 days of order.

We will accept returns of any item that you ordered within 7 days of you receiving it and refund you the full purchase price of the item unless otherwise stated.  We do ask that the tool/product/accessory be in an unused condition and in its original packaging.  We will arrange the return shipping and cover the cost of the return shipping.

Goods may be when defective, damaged or if the product supplied is not the same product as what was ordered. If the Goods are defective in any way this must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after the product having been delivered to you and must be returned to us within a period of 10 days after delivery.

If the Goods are not the same as what was ordered this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any damage must also be immediately reported, within 24 hours of delivery.

If the Goods have been approved for return, we will notify you and either arrange for our couriers to collect the item from you or request that you post it back to us or ask you to return the item to our current warehouse location, dependent on your original order’s shipping method.

We will assist with and honour all manufacturer’s warranties.  Please feel free to contact us should you have any specific inquiries about warranty periods.
